DELIVERY


Products purchased through our Jordan webstore can only be delivered locally within Amman, Jordan. Delivery to all locations within Amman is 3 JOD. Once you have made a purchase, we will get in touch with you to organise a delivery time for your item(s).

In some cases, it is possible to ship large items and furniture elsewhere. However, this cannot be organised through our webstore, and should be managed directly with our sales team in Jordan by contacting us at shop.jo@turquoisemountain.org or calling us at +962791025578.

We use our own delivery driver and vehicle for deliveries. We must see proof of purchase to complete your delivery, and you must sign for your delivery.

We will aim to deliver your item within 2-3 business days. Please note we are unable to deliver on Public Holidays and weekends.

Some items displayed on the webstore are not available for online purchase or delivery. These items are custom made to order. The health and wellbeing of our employees and customers is our top priority. Due to the current situation surrounding COVID-19, lead time for delivery may be affected. We will always endeavour to notify you if there are delay. If you have symptoms, or are quarantining due to recent travel, then we will be unable to deliver until your quarantine is complete.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer refundson any items purchased on the webstore or in-store.

We have a 14-day exchange policy on items purchased through the webstore. This means that within the first 14 days of receiving your item, you can exchange it for another of our products of same price or more (by paying the difference). We cannot offer exchanges on items that cost less than your initial item, as we are unable to offer a refund of the difference.

To make an exchange, you must come into the Showroom (Fawzi Al-Maalouf St. 1, Amman, Jordan), with your item and proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Please note that the item(s) you have purchased is/are made by hand. Products will have imperfections. For example, typically brass and copper will tarnish, and wood might dry if covered only by oil.
