For more than 30 years, Creative Matters’ team has been working with interior designers and architects to create exceptional floor and wall coverings for luxury hotels, boutique retailers, stylish offices, elegant homes and diplomatic missions around the world.

Turquoise Mountain and Creative Matters collaborated on the production of 101 rugs for the Shinola Hotel in Detroit. All rugs were hand knotted by highly skilled weavers in the north of Afghanistan. The weavers earned at least 10 per cent above the market rate paid per square metre and enjoyed regular health check-ups from doctors and physiotherapists.
